Virus Zero rubbed Dark X’s back as he slept glad that the elf was happy again. He could just sense that Dark X was happy. He idly wondered if X felt the same about Zero. Then again the brunette didn’t seem to feel that way, but neither did Dark X.

Zero was glad that X had stopped crying. He pushed the brunette’s hair out of his face gently and just let the cyber elf sleep.

Dark X opened his eyes a little and kissed Virus Zero lightly on the cheek.  He was too tired to speak, but he hoped Virus Zero understood that he still loved him.  He closed his eyes again and fell into a peaceful sleep.

Virus Zero smiled softly and kissed Dark X’s forehead lightly. He stood up and carried the elf over to the bed. He laid down on his back with Dark X halfway on top of him and closed his eyes. He was actually happy again.
